Asymmetry is not new to fashion, it has been around since the Grecian times where women wore one shoulder togas. Today Asymmetrical designs are common place on the runways, with designers such as Proenza Schouler, Max Azaira, and Jean Paul Gaultier showing unusual aysemmetrical designs.
aysemmetry is usually created by incorporating a different cut or stitching technique at the opposite side of a garment or pattern. this gives a different look to the side of the garment.
